Active participants are those who attend the conference in-person and are presenting their work in the Scientific Competition portion of uSURG 2023. As an active participant, you are required to attend one workshop, two "Surgeons Worldwide" sessions, and one Scientific Competition session in order to receive a certificate of participation. While registering through the google form below, you will be required to submit your abstract via our official EMAIL, unitingsurgeonsglobally2023@gmail.com.

 

If your abstract is selected, you will need to send your presentation/poster no later than 23:59 GMT+1 on March 1st, Wednesday, to our official conference email, unitingsurgeonsglobally2023@gmail.com. For those selected to be a presenter at uSURG 2023, there is an 6 Euro fee/28 zł that will need to be paid immediately to finalize your spot in the Scientific Competition portion of the conference.

 

If your abstract is not chosen, you are welcome to register as a passive participant to uSURG2023 for 3 Euro/14 zł and will be required to participate in 2 "Surgeons Worldwide" sessions in order to receive a certificate. Priority for registering for workshops will be given to active participants because of their certificate requirement. You can also register for workshops when we announce workshop registration as well as attend the scientific sessions if you wish to partake in the conference in-person.
